Full administrative and financial responsibility for developing and implementing a turnaround plan to correct five years of long-term and operating debt. Managed a $7 million budget with a full time equivalence staff of approximately 140. Reported to fifty-three person Board of Directors, duties included the full financial and administrative authority of the organization. Full time staffing 40 employees, 22 contracted dancers, 53 contracted and orchestra members. Additionally, the number of part time or contract staff included school instructors and production personnel.
