The Center will be the first major culture center in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is considered a gift to the people of the country from Saudi Aramco. Consulting involvement includes developing the operations of the Visitor Experience Division (Visitor Services); which comprises customer services, ticketing, information services, tours, access, call center, volunteers and other areas related to the anticipated visitation of 2.3 million. Additional consultant activity extends to wayfinding/signage, organizational structure, developing a training curriculum and membership program as well as integrating all institutional functions for seamless operation. The Center is anticipated to open within the next few years.
